Privacy policy
The following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is established by“Tokio y tú” (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") with regard to how users' personal information is handled in the services offered on this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

- If the User's personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the User may request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "corrections, etc.") the personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.
- When receive a request from a User as described in the preceding paragraph and deem it necessary to respond to the request, Company will correct the relevant personal information immediately.
- If the Company makes corrections, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if it decides not to make corrections, etc., it will notify the user immediately.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
- If a person requests that the Company discontinue using or delete (hereinafter referred to as "stop using, etc.") their personal information because it has been handled improperly or was obtained illegally, the relevant inquiry will be conducted right away.
- Based on the findings of the inquiry described in the preceding paragraph, if it is decided that utilizing the personal information is required to respond to the request, we will do so immediately.

- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where it is difficult to take alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of users due to the large cost of suspension of use or other difficulties in taking such measures, such alternative measures shall be taken.
Article 9 (Change of Privacy Policy)
- Except when otherwise specified by law or this Policy, the contents of this Policy may be amended without providing the User with prior notice.
- The updated Privacy Policy will go into effect when it is posted on the website, unless the Company specifies otherwise.
