This website (hereinafter referred to as "store") currently delivers to the following countries and regions. Delivery areas are subject to change in the future. In many circumstances, we may not be able to react if your countries or region is not within the delivery area, however it may be feasible depending on specific delivery methods. Delivery Method

The delivery method must follow the guidelines set out by our store; customers are, in general, not permitted to choose the delivery method.

Custom Duty

All products will be shipped from Japan. Hence customs duties will be applied depending on your countries or region. Unfortunately, we are unable to inform you in advance about the customs duty price, as it depends on the laws and regulations of your country or region. When making a request, please be aware that additional payment will be required for customs duties.

Delivery Period

We will ship within 7 business days after received order.

This does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are being held. Please understand this beforehand.

Damage During Delivery, etc.

There is a chance that the goods might be damaged during transit after transfer to the shipping company owing to some issue or the shipping company's responsibility, even though we take great care to prevent scratches and dents on the outside box when preparing for shipment.

Please be aware that any dents or scratches on the exterior box won't affect how the main unit works.
