Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds

• Please contact us within seven days of receiving the product if it's defective. Please be aware that we might not be able to accept your return request if you don't contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Products that have been used once, as well as returns for customer-related reasons such variations from the color or picture on the display, are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
• Mail-order purchases are not covered by the cooling-off system.
